The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contracted Palmetto GBA to create a web-based training course to educate healthcare providers about the disparities often faced by members of the LGBTQI+ community. As the lead Designer on staff, I had the opportunity to work on the course UX, UI, and splash and spot illustrations.
